Google recently released their Year in Search, detailing all kinds of search data from around the world. But what about Massachusetts specifically?

The most searched topic in 2014 for Mass users was Robin Williams, just as the rest of the world searched.

Remember the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on your Facebook news feed every single day for a couple months straight? ALS comes in at #10, although it was #5 globally. The challenge started right here in Massachusetts, but the rest of the world was more curious about it as it went viral.
