Giveaway: Squatty Potty toilet stool (you'll laugh, but it works!)

I first discovered Squatty Potty while watching ABC's Shark Tank, a show where entrepreneurs pitch their businesses to investors. At first I chuckled when they did a quick demonstration to show how it's used. Let's face it, pooping is a funny topic.

But then I started to take it seriously as the Squatty Potty founders explained how effective the stool is.

As humans, we're designed to squat, but instead we sit on toilets. Sitting keeps the colon kinked, kind of like when there's a kink or wrinkle in a hose and the flow of water is slowed. Squatting, on the other hand, allows the colon to fully relax and empty quickly.

I suffer from IBS, so constipation is a regular part of my life. My eyes lit up when I saw there's a solution that could help! And for less than $30, you're getting a lot of value for something that can be life-changing.

And it works.

At first, using the stool was uncomfortable, but I quickly adjusted to it. Being tall (6'5") makes the squatting position a bit cramped, but I manage fine. For me, using the bathroom just became a better experience. I still have constipation, but it's not nearly as severe while using this stool.

So who wants a stool?! The folks at Squatty Potty have been gracious enough to offer up a free toilet stool to one lucky reader.
