Persimmon pie & Apple crumble - Butterfly Vegan Bakery [giveaway]

Who wants dessert? Butterfly Vegan Bakery is back with more vegan options. In the last blog post with BVB, we ran a crumble cup giveaway and we're doing it again! The persimmon pie is here too.

Feast your eyes on the scrumptious, vegan apple crumble cup made by Parvaneh at her Etsy shop, Butterfly Desserts. As she states on her profile, her name means butterfly! She has a passion for eating and making healthy food - especially desserts.

Apple crumble

Who doesn't like fruit crisp desserts? They're delicious. I can polish off one of these apple crumble cups in just minutes! It reminds me of the days in grade school when apple crisp was the dessert - it was one of my favorites.

Believe Parvaneh when she says the cups are a market favorite. The crumble is made with organic fruits, red walnuts, and sweetened only with coconut sugar.

She also has a variety of mini pies which come in different flavors - persimmon (as shown below), chocolate cherry, and pumpkin.

All of Butterfly Desserts' products are made with unrefined sugars like coconut sugar and are SOY FREE. They are also super low-fat and low calorie.

All packaging is biodegradable or recyclable. Even the clear bags used for packaging smaller items (like the muffins I previously blogged about) are made with corn starch - not plastic! That's right, the bags are made with corn starch.

Parvaneh has plenty of other cool stuff in her shop, so check it out.
