Read this book. Get in the ultimate shape.

Miss last month's Spartan Race giveaway? Well I'm back with another one! We're in the heart of OCR (obstacle course race) season right now.

I also want to remind everyone about Joe DeSena’s new book Spartan Fit!, which is the sequel to Joe's international bestseller, Spartan Up!

Joe De Sena designed the Spartan Race to test overall conditioning and his signature take-no-prisoners approach to achieving peak fitness has taken the world by storm and inspired millions (including myself and close friends). Now in Spartan Fit!, Joe breaks down that approach and gives us the tools we need to conquer the course and life.

Releasing summer 2016

Spartan Fit! is available for pre-order right now. It's a 31-day workout and diet plan to prepare for the Spartan Sprint - or to just get you in ultimate shape. If it's anything like the first book, it'll be a great motivator. Believe me when I say that because it definitely got me off the couch.

In addition to your sprints and beasts and supers, there are four new Spartan Endurance races - Hurricane Heat, Hurricane Heat 12 hour, Ultra Beast, and the Agoge (pronounced uh-GOH-ghee), which is the final level of a long ascent of endurance events. The endurance races require a strong mind and aren't for the weak!

So who wants to win stuff?! The folks at Spartan Race and I have partnered up to offer up a free entry to any Spartan Race in the continental U.S. AND a CamelBak Eddy water bottle (1-liter) to one lucky Giveaway Guy reader.

Note: The code will work one time for any 2016 open heat (non-confirmed start time) in the continental U.S.

Enter to win using the Rafflecopter form below. You may share on Twitter once a day for extra points for the duration of the giveaway.

  1. I learned that the author completed the 135-mile Badwater Ultramarathon, raced the 140.6 miles of Lake Placid Ironman, and finished a 100-mile trail run in Vermont, all within one week. Impressive!
