At 6'5" and on the lean side (200 lbs.), my experience finding clothes that fit has been frustrating to say the least. Pants are not long enough, or the waist is too big, or the shirt's sleeves are too short. It's rare I find something that fits perfectly.
But American Tall is the perfect brand for me! It makes me happy that I can browse everything they carry and know that my size is in stock. These guys specialize in dress pants and dress shirts designed for tall men who are 6'3" to 7'1" and more on the lean side than the big side. If you're tall and lanky like I am, look no further.
I've got the tall dress shirt pictured both above and below in the wine color (I might call it lavender), known as the Oskar. It's designed specifically for slim & tall men looking for a tailored fit, kinda showing your figure. Not baggy at all.
Made from a fine dobby weave of cotton with a touch of spandex, the shirt drapes and stretches in just the right places. I like to wear it with the neck unbuttoned, but it's good with a tie too. Wear it to the office or a wedding and either way it looks great. To say it's a comfortable dress shirt would be an understatement. Super comfy and lightweight.

And let's not forget the pants. American Tall carries a collection of dress pants as well a couple pairs of denim jeans. I've had the pleasure of trying the D2N dress pants and they're my new favorite pants. These babies have a long, slim-straight look with classic 5 pocket-styling.

Now, in the picture the pants look a bit stiff, but they are not. They're actually very, very lightweight and a bit stretchy too. I haven't done this yet, but wearing them for golf will be absolutely perfect. So don't be deceived by the picture - the D2Ns are very lightweight and breathable since they're made of 5.5 oz stretch nylon.
This particular pair in the stone color can be matched with the D2N Casual Blazer on the site too. Browse around and you're bound to find something you like.
